WHY SHOULD YOU STAGE YOUR HOME?

Research shows that 90% of buyers start their home search online long before booking an appointment to view the property. Photos of a professionally staged home stand out from the fierce competition and appeal to a wider demographic. An expertly curated space creates an inviting atmosphere, fostering a sense of desire and helping buyers to visualize themselves living in your home.

Vacant Home Staging

As beautiful and magnificent a property may be, an empty space presents a challenge to sell as buyers struggle with imagining themselves living there and arranging their own furniture. The rooms appear smaller, cold, and un-appealing, exposing any minor imperfections. An expertly executed staging will transform a blank canvas into a masterpiece, emphasizing the beauty of the space, functionality and its intricate features, inspiring an immediate sense of home.

Occupied Home Staging

Your home reflects your unique style, character and personality. Recognizing the emotional bond and connection you may have, we understand that your home is yours until the day you move out. Strategically designed to sell for a maximum financial return, our staging experts will recommend impactful enhancements and updates while honoring the homeowner and their belongings.

STEP 1 - The Consultation

During the initial consultation (1-2 hours) we tour your property room by room, take photos, and discuss your goals and timelines. We determine the scope of work and provide specific recommendations on how to enhance your home in order to maximize your return on investment (ROI). A printed copy with improvement suggestions is provided to you at the end of the consult so that you can begin tackling some of the to-dos.

STEP 2 – The Prep Work

During the next stage of our work, a homeowner assess the suggested solutions and determines which tasks to contract out, depending on their allocated time and budget, and which to execute on their own. Our team of experts at Trillium Home Staging and Styling, together with our network of skilled trades can help you with decluttering and organizing, packing and storing of unwanted items, repair work, painting, and other range of services.
