Interior styling is a transformational creative process of making a property aesthetically pleasing and functionally useful for its occupants. At Trillium Home Staging and Styling, our goal is to understand what inspires you and translate it into the style of your home with an eye-pleasing color palette, layout, furnishings, lighting and impeccable details to create a home that reflects your distinct self.
No project is too small. Whether your goal is a simple and subtle transformation with minor but impactful enhancements, or a complete remodel, we’ll create a home that you never want to leave and always want to come back to.

STEP 1
Design Consultation + Space Measuring (1-2h)
The consultation fee starts at $350+HST and varies depending on the size and location of the property
Every project starts with in-home design consultation during which we’ll review the space(s) you need help with to establish the scope of work. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other before diving into the design stage.
STEP 2
Package Selection / Proposal
Based on your needs, budget and everything we covered during the consultation, we will create a proposal with all services, fees and payment structure. Once it’s accepted and the deposit is paid, we can move on to the most exciting part – Design.
STEP 3
Mood Board / Floorplan / 3D Renderings / Design concept
Before creating a mood board and floor plan layout for your project, you may be asked to fill out the design questionnaire, if any additional information is required. Then, we will submit 1 design concept per space which I’m sure you’ll love. However, if something feels off, you have 1 round of revisions.
STEP 4
Product list (for Standard and Premium packages)
Once you approve the final design concept, you’ll get the full product list with shopping links and installation guidelines.
STEP 5
Ordering / Installation and Styling / Photoshoot
Applies to Full-Service Packages only
At this point, you can just sit back and relax. We will take care of all the furniture ordering, tracking and delivery. On the day of the final reveal, we’ll set up all furniture, hang art, and add décor and accessories that will sure elevate your space and add a unique touch of personality.

DESIGN CONSULTATION
Whether you are looking for fresh ideas when updating your rooms or need a design direction for a brand-new home you just moved into - this design consultation will provide you with all the answers to your interior-related questions. Some of the topics we may discuss:
• Identifying your design style, direction and budget
• Furniture, art, décor and accessories placement
• Accent walls ideas and window treatments
• Lighting ideas
• Products/materials sourcing and purchasing guidance
2 hours in-home - $385 + HST
COLOR CONSULTATION
Colors have transformational powers. Each home is unique, so picking the right wall color can be one of the most challenging and frustrating parts.
During our in-home colour consultation, we carefully work with all the existing elements like flooring, tiles, furniture and artwork in order to create a color scheme that will reflect your personality and enhance your home.
2 hours in-home - $385 + HST
ASK ANYA
This one-hour virtual service is for you if you have a burning design question or two and don’t need a full in-home design consultation. Some of the topics you may need help with:
• Maximizing the space and functionality of the room
• Furniture, art, rug and accessories placement
• Furniture and décor shopping replated questions
• Would like a non-biased 3rd party opinion on any design related questions that you and your partner can not agree on
1 hour Zoom-call - $150 + HST
